1. ELIGIBILITY:

The Travel Voucher Giveaway is open to legal residents of The United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry and a nursing student. Employees, officers, and directors of NURSING.com and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. ENTRY PERIOD:

The Travel Voucher Giveaway begins on 11/7/2024 at 8:00 AM PST and ends on 11/27/24 at 11:59 PM PST. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER:

Visit NURSING.com/trip and enter a valid email address to enter. Must be 18 years of age, a US Citizen and a current nursing student to be eligible. Upon entry, you may click “share with friend” and get 1 extra entry for every friend who enters.

6. SELECTION OF WINNER:

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be held on 11/28/2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. PRIZES:

The prize consists of an electronic Visa gift card in the amount of $500.00 USD that will be emailed to the winner. 

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION:

The potential winner will be notified via email on 11/29/2024. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

NURSING.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. NURSING.com reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless NURSING.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Giveaway or any prize won.

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway is subject to NURSING.com’s privacy policy located at the bottom of the NURSING.com website. By entering, participants agree that NURSING.com may use their names, likenesses, and entries for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

12. DISPUTES:

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
