Drug Card Template

Memorizing the 928,234,234 medications you have to learn is hard . . . (impossible). Lucky for you, we created this drug card template. This is the same template I used in nursing school to memorize the most difficult meds. Right on the top you have a space to write the name.  Below that there is space to write the BASICS about the drug.  And below that you complete a small section about the nursing process on the med.  Lastly, if you want to take additional notes, you can at the bottom. While it is hard to learn drugs - this template will help.  As you use this template, you might find a little bit different way of doing it.  That's fine - just modify as works best for you.
