<h6>Pathophysiology: Nerve impulse transmissions are defected. The body forms autoantibodies against ACh receptors. This blocks AChR. This causes a reduced about of receptor sites, which causes a reduced transmission of nerve impulses. This means that the muscular depolarization is not achieved and incomplete.</h6>
